Top Up offer and Issue of Top Up Offer Document
Octopus Second Aim VCT plc, ("the Company") has launched a Top Up offer for subscription for ordinary shares of 1p each to raise up to £3,000,000 ("the Offer"). Full details of the Offer are contained in an offer document ("the Offer Document") issued by the Company, dated 6 February 2012.
The Offer opened on 6 February 2012 and will close at 12pm (noon) on 5 April 2012 in respect of the 2011/12 Offer (unless fully subscribed by an earlier date).
The Offer Document will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
