CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Feb. 15, 2012) - Eagle Energy Trust (TSX:EGL.UN) confirms its February 2012 distribution. The cash distribution to be paid on March 23, 2012, in respect of the period from and including February 1, 2012 to February 29, 2012, for unitholders of record on February 29, 2012 will be $0.0875 per trust unit. The ex-distribution date is February 27, 2012.

The annualized distribution of $1.05 per trust unit represents a cash-on-cash yield of 9.5% based on the closing price of our trust units on the Toronto Stock Exchange on February 14, 2012 of $11.01.1
