Octopus Second AIM VCT plc announces that on 24 February 2012 the Company purchased for cancellation 44,388 Ordinary shares at a price of 58.5p per share.
 
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company now consists of 42,246,705 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01p each, with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
