Disclosure of price sensitive information in a press release
NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen has given a reprimand to Topotarget A/S as the information in the company’s press release was not disclosed as company announcements in accordance with Rule 3.1.5 in Rules for issuers of shares since the information could be expected to affect the price of the company’s listed securities, cf. Rules for issuers of shares Rule 3.1.1.

In order to ensure more transparency about the decisions from the exchange, the exchange publish decisions concerning a reprimand or a fine, with the identity of the issuer. This is stated in Rules for issuers of shares on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen, rule 5.
