Reference to the notice on the 27th of December 2011 relating to signed term sheet. On the 23rd of February 2012, TTS Group ASA entered into an agreement relating to financing of the TTS Group with a bank syndicate consisting of Nordea, SEB (Skandinaviske Enskilda Banken) and Sparebanken Vest. The agreement consist of
- MNOK 100 term loan of 1 year,
- MNOK 500, 3-year revolving multi-currency credit facility
- MNOK 400 bridge to bond, 12-months term loan
- MNOK 1 300 3-year guarantee facility
The agreement includes covenant requirements related to equity ratio, total equity and gearing (Net interest-bearing debt to EBITDA)
