The city court in Solna has on February 22, 2012, granted SeaNet Maritime Communications AB bankruptcy petition. Due to the above mentioned NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided to delist the shares of SeaNet Maritime Communications AB (SEAN, ISIN-code: SE0002024414, Orderbook-ID: 41193). The trading in the shares of SeaNet Maritime Communications AB was halted on February 22, 2012, and will not be resumed.
The shares in SeaNet Maritime Communications AB will be delisted on March 1, 2012.
