Peab sells residential properties to Willhem AB

 

Peab sells two completely developed properties and four properties under
construction to Willhem AB. The total underlying property value amounts to SEK
640 million.
The finished residential property consists of 180 student apartments in Tullinge
in Botkyrka and 32 apartments in Halmstad. The takeover is planned for the
second quarter of 2012 and is expected to generate capital gains of SEK 35
million, which will be reported in business area Property Development.

The property under construction consists of 354 apartments being built on four
properties located in Linköping, Malmö and Jönköping. Production of these
properties is expected to be completed in 2013 and the takeover will take place
when they are completed and the agreed occupancy rate has been reached.
