Creditreform Rating suspended 

solarhybrid AG (WKN: A0LR45), Brilon, announces: Based on the ad hoc
release of solarhybrid AG, dated 7 March 2012, the rating committee of
Creditreform Rating Agency has suspended the rating of solarhybrid AG
(group) (not rated, n.r.). Creditreform states: 'Only when the (expected)
amendment of the German Feed-In-Tarif legislation (EEG) is known and the
resulting legal, economic and financial impact on solarhybrid's projects in
Germany and abroad, as well as solarhybrid's participation in the
US-pipeline, is understood, can the company be rated again.'

photovoltaic power projects at utility scale. The company offers the
