Solar consolidates its position as the main supplier of electrical equipment to Norway’s offshore industry.
Solar’s Norwegian enterprise, Solar Norge AS, has concluded a new framework agreement with Statoil Petroleum AS on the supply of electrical equipment. The agreement’s estimated value is € 75-90m.
The framework agreement between Solar Norge AS and Statoil Petroleum AS runs over four years with an option to extend for another two years.
This agreement does not affect the financial expectations announced for 2012.
