The Norwegian Competition Authority has issued a statement of objections
regarding Mekonomen’s acquisition of Meca

The Norwegian Competition Authority has issued a statement of objections
regarding Mekonomen’s acquisition of the automotive spare-parts chain, Meca. A
final decision is expected at latest June 11. On 12 October 2011, Mekonomen
signed an agreement to acquire Meca, which is a well-known automotive
spare-parts chain with a solid position in Sweden and Norway.

Mekonomen shall within 15 days respond to the Authority’s objections to the
acquisition. A final decision by the Norwegian Competition Authority is then
expected at latest June 11.

as soon as possible and that we thereafter can get a clearance of the
