The Rathbone Savings Related Share Option Plan
On 29 March 2012, options over Rathbone Brothers Plc ordinary shares of 5p were granted with an exercise price of £9.84 in accordance with the rules of the H.M. Revenue and Customs approved Rathbone Savings Related Share Option Plan 2009 (the Plan). The option exercise price of £9.84 is the closing mid-market price on 6 March 2012 (£12.30), less a 20% discount.
304 options were granted to a PDMR, Brian Kenny. Options are exercisable at the end of a five year savings contract commencing on 1 May 2012. Following this notification, Mr Kenny has options over 1,211 shares in the Plan.
