Octopus Second AIM VCT plc announces that on 29 March 2012 the Company purchased for cancellation 9,170 Ordinary shares at a price of 60.0p per share.
 
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company now consists of 42,060,934 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01p each, with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
