Alfa Laval to delist Alfa Laval India Ltd

Alfa Laval – a world leader in heat transfer, centrifugal separation and fluid
handling – will delist the shares of its subsidiary Alfa Laval India Ltd from
the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India.

After having reached an ownership of 94.5 percent, Alfa Laval applied for a
delisting from the two stock exchanges. These applications have now been
approved and Alfa Laval India Ltd will be delisted as of April 12th.
