SACRAMENTO, Calif., March 29, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In response to numerous media questions about the Sacramento Kings position regarding pre-development expenses for the proposed new Sacramento arena, which would be owned by the city of Sacramento and managed by a third party, Eric Rose issued the following statement on behalf of the Sacramento Kings:
"The long-standing position has been that the Sacramento Kings would be a tenant in an arena owned by the city and managed by an outside company. Pre-development costs are not the responsibility of the tenant. The Sacramento Kings organization will continue to work with the city to seek solutions to the unresolved issues.
