(OTC:NCNE), announced today it appointed Brad Hacker and Company, P.A., a firm of accountants and CPAs located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, providing industry-focused tax, audit, accounting, CFO/Controllership and consulting services.
Mr. Hacker has facilitated over $60,000,000 in funding for small to mid size corporations like North Carolina Natural Energy. Mr. Brad Hacker, founder of the accounting firm, will be advising NCNE on internal controls and accounting procedures as well as assisting preparation of the financial statements required to report to investors.
