Intrum Justitia has won an auction process for a Polish debt portfolio of non-performing consumer loans. The seller is one of the largest banks in Poland and the aggregate outstanding value of this portfolio amounts to approximately PLN 700 M. There is no binding agreement between the parties but the auction process will now be followed by customary contractual negotiations.
