Camilla Öberg new chief financial officer at Cybercom

Cybercom has announced Camilla Öberg as its new group chief financial officer
from 1 June. Camilla was previously CFO at Logica Sweden.
”I am pleased to be able to welcome Camilla Öberg to Cybercom. With her
extensive experience of senior financial positions in international IT
consulting, she will be a highly valuable addition to Cybercom’s management
team,” says Niklas Flyborg, president and CEO.

Camilla Öberg was born in 1964
and has an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics, from where she graduated
in 1987. During the period 1998–2011, she worked at the WM-data group, which
became part of Logica in 2006. In 2007 she was appointed CFO of Logica Sweden.
Prior to this, her roles included business controller and head of IR and group
treasury within the group. She has also held various financial roles at
companies including SEB, Lexicon and the Swegro group.

She is currently a
board member at Rusforest AB, listed on NASDAQ OMX First North, where she is
active on the audit committee. Camilla Öberg will take up her position as group
CFO at Cybercom Group on 1 June 2012.
