AS  „RĪGAS FARMACEITISKĀ FABRIKA”ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATIONAMMENDMENTS 

  1. To ammend article 8.7. and to state it as follows:

 „8.7. A notice regarding the convening of a meeting of stockholders shall be announced not later than 30 days prior to the planned meeting of stockholders by publishing the announcement in the newspaper Latvijas Vēstnesis and in at least one other newspaper.”
