Datalliance Presents Vendor Managed Inventory at the WIT Buying Group Meeting

CINCINNATI, OH--(Marketwire - Apr 12, 2012) - Datalliance, the leading independent supplier of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) services and WIT service partner, conducted a VMI workshop for 120 purchasing agent executives at the WIT 2012 Distributor/Vendor Conference in Dallas, TX. Tom Hoar, Datalliance Director of Sales Plumbing & HVAC, led the 2+ hour workshop, focused on how VMI is currently helping industry leaders reduce stock-outs, improve inventory turns and increase sales, specifically with WIT members.

This workshop outlined how the VMI process changes the way distributors and wholesalers conduct business with key manufacturers. Attendees learned how this collaborative approach strengthens business partnerships, improves supply chain efficiencies and truly delivers financial value for both parties.
