Hakon Invest AB : Forma sells Magazine's Finnish operations

Hakon Invest's subsidiary Forma Publishing Group has today signed an agreement
to sell the Finnish subsidiary Forma Publishing Group Oy to the Finnish company
A-lehdet Oy. The operations to be sold comprise Forma Magazine's business in
Finland and Estonia, with total sales of approximately SEK 120 M in 2011.

Hakon Invest started a process to review its ownership in the wholly owned
subsidiary Forma Publishing Group late last autumn. Today's agreement with A-
lehdet relating to Forma Magazine's Finnish operations is part of this process.

"In A-lehdet we have found a trade buyer which offers Forma's Finnish magazine
operations a good platform from which to continue to grow. The process centered
around Forma's other operations is under way and attracting considerable
interest but it is still too early to say what the end result will be," says
Stein Petter Ski, SVP Investments and Portfolio Companies.

A-lehdet Group is the third largest magazine publisher in Finland with a revenue
of 100 MEUR. A-lehdet publishes several well known consumer magazine titles in
Finland.

Hakon Invest's evaluation of its ownership in Forma Publishing Group is expected
to be completed before summer 2012.

Forma Publishing Group is one of the largest media companies in the Nordic
region with operations organized in three subsidiaries: Forma Magazines, Forma
Books and Forma Contract. Forma Publishing Group has been owned by Hakon Invest
since 2000. The Forma Group's sales in 2011 totaled SEK 847 M.
