CHARLESTON, S.C., April 19, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Revolutions Medical Corporation ("Revolutions Medical or the "Company") (OTCQB:RMCP) announced today that the Company will attend the IDN Summit, April 23-25, 2012 in Orlando, FL. IDN Summit's unique reverse expo format provides an efficient and effective venue for networking opportunities, meetings and idea exchange among all sectors of the supply chain.  Healthcare-purchase decision makers can source new vendors from the hundreds of companies participating at the IDN Summit and Reverse Expo. Most of the U.S.-based syringe distributors will be in attendance and will get their first introduction to the next generation safety syringe, the RevVac™ auto-retractable vacuum safety syringe.

The Company is focusing its attention on U.S. distributors this quarter to help penetrate its unique product further into the U.S. healthcare market. The Company, through its international distribution network, already has sales commitments for 2.5 million RevVac™ safety syringes per month.
