Advanced Inflight Alliance AG approves financial statements 2011 and
decides on dividend proposal

Munich, April 25, 2012 -  Today the Supervisory Board of Advanced Inflight
Alliance AG (ISIN DE0001262186, WKN 126218, located at: Schellingstr. 35,
80799 Munich) in a conference call has approved the Financial Statements
2011 of Advanced Inflight Alliance AG that were prepared by the Management
Board. Furthermore the Supervisory Board of Advanced Inflight Alliance AG
has adopted the Consolidated Financial Statements 2011 of Advanced Inflight
Alliance AG.

The Management Board and the Supervisory Board decided to propose to the
annual general meeting of Advanced Inflight Alliance AG a dividend payment
of 0.12 Euro per share for the financial year 2011. This means that the
management proposes the payment of an unchanged dividend compared to last
year to the annual general meeting, although the financial year 2011 was
burdened by restructuring costs. The invitation and therefore the agenda
for the annual general meeting of Advanced Inflight Alliance AG will be
released in the Eletronic German Federal Gazette within the next days.

The final financials 2011 do not deviate from the preliminary financials
2011 released in an adhoc-release on April 19, 2012. The complete full year
