Modern Times Group 2012 Capital Markets Day

Modern Times Group MTG AB (publ.) (‘MTG’ or ‘the Group’), the international
entertainment broadcasting group, will host the Group’s 2012 Capital Markets Day
on Thursday 14 June 2012 at the Nordic Light Hotel in Stockholm in Sweden.
The Capital Markets Day will comprise a full day of presentations by MTG’s
executive management team. Invitations, registration details and an agenda for
