Kenmare today announces the publication and filing of its Annual Report and Notice of its Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year ended 31 December, 2011 and advises that the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website at www.kenmareresources.com
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, 31 May, 2012 at The Westbury Hotel, Grafton Street, Dublin 2, Ireland.
