Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act notice is hereby given that Lars Thrane has informed Thrane & Thrane that he has entered into a binding irrevocable undertaking to accept the pending offer from Cobham PLC, following which he will no longer hold shares or be able to execute voting rights in Thrane & Thrane.
