After rebranding the center Tanger Outlets Ocean City, Tanger immediately started a three million dollar renovation to Tangerize the property and to deliver the environment, customer service and savings that customers expect from the Tanger brand. In addition to a newly expanded Children's Place location, Under Armour and Body Central will join the offering of brand and designer stores this summer. Currently, the renovation of Ocean City continues as construction crews are applying a new color palette to the existing buildings and completing the new standing seam roofing. The existing domed towers are now covered in beautiful gleaming copper. Gateway towers have also been added to create an impressive Tanger entrance that guides customers to the property. As construction winds down the center will see a comprehensive upgrade to landscaping throughout the property.
