Cryo-Save Group N.V. (Euronext: CRYO, 'Cryo-Save', or 'the Group'), the leading international stem cell storage company and the largest family stem cell bank in Europe, announces that all resolutions at today's AGM were passed.
The following timetable will apply to both the cash dividend of 8 euro cents, withholding 15% dividend tax and the dividend in shares. Dividend paid in shares will be charged to the share premium reserve.
