Regulatory release
The General Shareholders' Meeting of Kinepolis Group NV has decided today to pay out a gross dividend of 1,80 euro to the shareholders (1,35 euro net after deduction of 25% withholding taxes). The dividend will be paid out as from 25 May 2012 upon presentation of coupon 13 and subject to the relevant regulations for dematerialized shares and registered shares. The ex-dividend date is fixed at 22 May 2012 and the record date at 24 May 2012.
