LIQUIDITY PROVIDING FOR INNOFACTOR PLC’S SHARE STARTS
The market making agreement between Innofactor Plc and FIM Pankki Oy meets the requirements set for the liquidity providing at NASDAQ OMX Helsinki. The requirements entered into force on September 10, 2009.
According to the agreement FIM Bank Ltd will quote bids and offers for Innofactor Plc's share so that the spread of the bid and offer prices is a maximum of 4 per cent calculated on the bid price. The bids and offers quoted by the liquidity provider must be for at least 4000 euros.
FIM Bank Ltd shall quote bids and offers for Innofactor Plc's share in the trading system of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki on each trading day for at least 85 per cent of the Continuous Trading period and in the auction procedures applicable to the share.
Market making in accordance with the LP agreement will commence on 24 May 2012. The agreement will be in force initially for a fixed term of 6 months and thereafter under further notice, and agreement's period of notice is one month.

MARKKINATAKAUS (LIQUIDITY PROVIDING) INNOFACTOR OYJ:N OSAKKEELLE ALKAA
Innofactor Oyj:n ja FIM Pankki Oy:n välinen markkinatakaussopimus täyttää NASDAQ OMX Helsingin 10.9.2009 voimaantulleen markkinatakausohjeen (liquidity providing) vaatimukset.
Sopimuksen mukaan FIM Pankki Oy antaa Innofactor Oyj:n osakkeelle osto- ja myyntitarjouksen siten, että suurin sallittu osto- ja myyntitarjouksen välinen erotus on enintään 4 % laskettuna ostotarjouksesta. Osto- ja myyntitarjouksessa osakemäärän arvo on vähintään 4 000 euroa.
FIM Pankki Oy sitoutuu antamaan Innofactor Oyj:n osakkeelle osto- ja myyntitarjouksen NASDAQ OMX Helsingin kaupankäyntijärjestelmässä jokaisena pörssipäivänä ainakin kahdeksankymmentäviisi (85) prosenttia jatkuvan kaupankäynnin ajasta sekä arvopaperiin kaupankäyntipäivän aikana sovellettavassa huutokauppamenettelyssä.
Sopimuksen mukainen markkinatakaus alkaa 24.5.2012. Sopimus on voimassa kuuden kuukauden määräajan jälkeen toistaiseksi. Määräajan jälkeen sopimuksen irtisanomisaika on yksi kuukausi.
