Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd. (“Vostok Nafta" or “The Company”) has repurchased an additional 537,806 Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs) during the period 21 May - 25 May 2012 at an average price of SEK 28.82. This represents 0.56% of the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta, before the buy-backs. The repurchased SDRs will now be cancelled. After the cancellation of these and previously repurchased SDRs, the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta will be 94,828,132.
