Net Asset Value

The Board of Octopus Second AIM VCT plc announces that as at 31 May 2012 the unaudited ex dividend net asset value of the Ordinary shares was approximately 63.6 pence per share.

The net asset value is stated excluding a dividend of 1.6p per share. This dividend will be payable from the capital reserves of the Company on 8 June 2012 to shareholders on the register of the Company on 11 May 2012.
