(Oslo, 15 June 2012) Marianne Furru, Board member of Bionor Pharma ASA, has yesterday, as part of the Company's Private Placement, purchased 117,200 Bionor shares through the company Fular AS at a price of NOK 3.20 per share.
Following this transaction Marianne Furru holds indirectly 357,200 shares in BIONOR.
