(Oslo, 15 June 2012) CEO of Bionor Pharma ASA, Steen Krøyer, has yesterday, as part of the Company's Private Placement, purchased 117,200 Bionor shares at a price of NOK 3.20 per share.
The shares are held through a nominee account in Nordea Luxembourg.
Steen Krøyer's holding after the purchase is 267,200 Bionor shares.
