Octopus VCT 4 plc announces that the offer for Ordinary Shares in the Company, which opened on 14 September 2011, is closed as at the date of this announcement having raised £8,210,583.
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the company at the date of closure is: 8,263,597 Ordinary Shares of 1p each.
