Roger Johansson resigns as CEO of BE Group

Roger Johansson has accepted the position as CEO and President of Dometic AB. He
remains as CEO and President of BE Group until January 1, 2013. A recruitment
process for the appointment of a new CEO has started.

”Roger is a very popular and respected leader and has strongly contributed to BE
Group’s development, first as a board member and thereafter as CEO”, says
Chairman Anders Ullberg. “Therefore it is a pity that he now chooses to leave
