DEALING BY PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The company has been notified that Grahame Gibson, a person discharging managerial responsibility within G4S plc, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of G4S plc in the UK on 19 June 2012. The shares were sold at £2.80 per share.
