Stockholm, 2012-06-25 17:03 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TrustBuddy are pleased to announce a new depository affiliate agreement with an important financial player. The financial player will actively gather lending capital from major private- and professional investors. The deal is an important step in TrustBuddy’s expansion strategy for a better balance of the supply of lending capital.
TrustBuddy will achieve a better stability in the flow of lending capital by working with an external player and can thus operate more predictably with marketing and other campaigns. This will make it possible to increase the volume of loans with around 10-15% provided an equal increase of the margins and the bottom-line.
In addition to the primary agreement, the company has ongoing negotiations with players in other markets, which are expected to provide the same effect in emerging markets when there are local differences of lending and borrowing volumes.
The direct consequence of the agreement is that TrustBuddy will be better equipped to meet the actual demand for loans in the market.
TrustBuddy has decided to inform the market about the background of the agreement that will have a substantial change for the company. For competitive reasons and for the sake of ongoing negotiations with other players in new markets, TrustBuddy finds it necessary to withhold the players name involving the agreement. This will be announced at a later date.
The agreement is strategically important for TrustBuddy and will contribute to a better capacity, increased turnover, bigger financial flexibility, better margins and a better result of the bottom-line.
