LAS VEGAS, June 25, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Small Business Company (Pink Sheets:SBCO) - DBA - Select Business and Corporation Opportunities Inc., a Business Development Incubator, announces the finalization of restated and re-audited financials for the years 2008 and 2009. Additionally, 2010 and 2011 should also be finished by the week ending July 6, 2012. The preparation of these financials has been an arduous task, riddled with problems left by the former officers and directors. With the completion of this task, it is now possible to move forward on filings for the change of status to a formal BDC. The company is now in the final stages of finishing the Due Diligence on all of the companies that will become a part of the original BDC. Additionally, the company is the process of choosing a Registered Investment Advisor which is required for all BDCs. The company would also like to announce the addition of several new consultants as well as a Business Development VP. Those names will be released next week after finalization of all contracts.
