During the search process, CastleBay will direct the requirements gathering, request for information (RFI) development and vendor engagement on behalf of Glatfelter. CastleBay will use elements of the company's proven Software Selection RoadMap and associated Intellectual Property to kick-start the project and achieve Glatfelter's goals in the shortest time possible with the desired results.

The new software will be heavily used for generating claims correspondence across Glatfelter's diverse lines of business, and will also be used for the creation of complex proposal letters. A key requirement will be enabling business users to create, store and manage their own correspondence templates and libraries rather than having to rely on help from Glatfelter's IT department.
