EurOmax Resources Ltd.- Clarification of Investor Relations Agreement

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 11, 2012) - EurOmax Resources Ltd. ("EurOmax" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:EOX) (OTCQX:EOXFF) wishes to clarify an agreement with one of its service providers which has now been terminated.

From October 2009 through June 2012, Proactive Investors North America and Proactive Investors UK Ltd. (the "Service Provider") provided editorial coverage of Company news releases and analyst commentary, and an online profile page for the Company, for which the Company paid an upfront fee of $12,000 per annum. The Service Provider also provided CEO video interviews and participation in investor forums hosted by the Service Provider on request and for an additional fee. Since September 2010, the Company paid a total of approximately $33,000 to the Service Provider, with funds from the Company's working capital. The Company has terminated its agreement with the Service Provider and will not make any further payments. As disclosed on its website, the Service Provider is a multi-media news organisation, investor portal and events management business with offices in New York, Sydney, Toronto, Frankfurt and London. The Company is not aware whether the Service Provider or its principals have any interest, directly or indirectly, in the Company or the Company's securities, or any right to acquire such an interest.
