Goodfellow Declares an Eligible Dividend

DELSON, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - July 12, 2012) - The Board of directors of Goodfellow Inc. (TSX:GDL) declared an eligible dividend of $0.10 per share payable August 17, 2012, to all shareholders of record as of August 3, 2012.
