This new feature offers candidates the opportunity to receive a weekly email that presents a list of job openings specifically selected for them. The job suggestions are generated by an advanced algorithm that takes a number of factors into account, including job search history, career preferences, existing work experience, and prior job applications. Additionally, these suggestions become increasingly refined and relevant over time; the more candidates search for opportunities that interest them, their "Suggested Jobs" updates become better and more targeted.

With this latest release, OneWire now offers candidates three different options for receiving and reviewing relevant job openings. In addition to Suggested Jobs, candidates can also review job opportunities using Job Agents, which allow candidates to set job alerts for particular industries, job titles and keywords, and Match Alerts, which match candidates to opportunities based on how their profiles align with search criteria selected by employers.
