Alytus, Lithuania, 2012-07-30 12:03 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 27 July 2012 company group “ALITA”, AB (hereinafter, the “Company”) received the ruling of the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania, according to which the appeal of Plass Investments Limited regarding the decision of Vilnius Regional Administrative Court, dated 2 April 2012 was rejected. The rejection applies to the appeal of Plass Investments Limited to abolish the resolution of Competition Council which permitted the execution of concentration of the Company. Consequently, following adoption of the ruling, the resolution of Competition Council of 28 September 2011 allowing FR&R Invest IGA S.A. to acquire up to 100 % of shares in the Company, remains valid.
The indicated ruling of the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania is not subject to any further appeals.
