The board of Fiskars has proposed that an Extra General Meeting (EGM), scheduled for September 12, 2012, approves an extra dividend of EUR 0.75 per share. The Ex-date is September 13, 2012. Provided that the EGM approves the proposal, NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options and forwards in Fiskars (FIS1V3).
