The two male culprits that assisted the culprit mother in grabbing the kids and fleeing are described as:

1) M/W 20's, 6'2", 160 lbs, thin build, brown short straight hair, goatee, wearing dark sunglasses and plaid shorts

2) M/B 20's, 5'10", 170 lbs, medium build, very dark complexion, black do-rag, t-shirt, jeans

Details of Incident:

Biological Mother at 11:20am abducted two children from foster home.
In the company of 2 unknown males driving the vehicle used in the abduction. Headed towards highway 410 in Brampton.
