TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 27, 2012) - Kokomo Enterprises Inc. has announced a name change to High 5 Ventures Inc. and the consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each fifteen (15) pre-consolidation common shares effective August 31, 2012. As a result the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 1,105,008 with any fractional shares remaining after the consolidation being cancelled by rounding down to the nearest whole share.

The common shares of High 5 Ventures Inc. will begin trading on a consolidated basis on Wednesday, August 29, 2012. The Company will trade under the new symbol "HHH".
