Third and Fourth Quarter Nextbook Tablets to Include AmLogic Processors


WEST COVINA, CA--(Marketwire - Aug 30, 2012) - E FUN, a consumer electronics designer and manufacturer of fun, easy-to-use lifestyle products, has selected Amlogic to provide chipsets for its Nextbook Android tablet line. The tablets will be released in the third and fourth quarter of this year.

The Nextbook products will use Amlogic's AML8726 family of single and dual core ARM Cortex A9 powered application processors with multi-core MALI-400 Graphics Processing Units. These power efficient and yet high performance devices provide consumers with market leading gaming, video streaming, web and interactive experiences.
