ALBION DEVELOPMENT VCT PLC
VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with the provisions of DTR 5.6, we would like to notify the market of the following:
Albion Development VCT PLC's capital as at 31 August 2012 consisted of 35,285,523 Ordinary shares and 6,365,184 D shares, both with a nominal value of 1p each. Albion Development VCT PLC holds 3,428,000 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Albion Development VCT PLC is 31,857,523 in respect of Ordinary shares and 6,365,184 in respect of D shares giving a total voting rights of 38,222,707. These figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Albion Development VCT PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
