During the month of August, at the request of shareholders, B&B TOOLS AB converted 1,344 class A shares to the corresponding number of class B shares in the Company.
Following conversion, the number of class A shares is 1,074,060 and the number of class B shares is 27,362,356. The number of shares and votes in B&B TOOLS AB is shown in the following table:
