"The State of Mobile Recruiting"

Companies are including mobile technology as part of their recruiting strategies at a rapid rate. Despite this widespread adoption of mobile recruiting, however, there are still a number of challenges employers must overcome in order to improve how they use the latest mobile technology to find the right talent that can add value to their organizations.

During this session, David Tuttle, vice president of Digital Strategy at TMP Worldwide, will share best practices in mobile recruitment as part of a panel of industry experts including Dave Martin, mobile evangelist and consultant for MobileDave.me; Matt Lavery, managing director of Corporate Talent Acquisition for UPS; Leela Srinivasan, marketing team lead for Recruiting Solutions for LinkedIn; and Ed Newman, vice president of Strategy and Corporate Development for iMomentous. Tuttle and the other panelists will also take questions from the audience, share advice and provide real world examples to advance participants' knowledge of mobile recruiting to give them a strong foundation for developing an effective strategy.

"How to Maximize Engagement through Mobile, Social and Gamification"

Most employers understand that they must drive engagement with job seekers in order to attract qualified candidates to their organizations. And, as the adoption of social technology, tablets and other mobile devices and gamification increases rapidly, employers have several new avenues for engaging job seekers. Yet, many organizations struggle to effectively include mobile technology in their HR and talent acquisition strategies to foster engagement with their desired audience.

During this session, David Spector, global head of Mobile for TMP Worldwide, will join with Joe Essenfeld, founder and CEO of JIBE; Tamara Rashid, vice president of Solution Design & Implementation for Pinstripe; and Jenny DeVaughn, manager of Social Media for Waste Management, Inc., to discuss how employers can utilize social, mobile and gamification technologies to better engage their audiences. The panelists will address the factors that drive a job seeker to follow a brand, share innovative strategies for keeping audiences engaged and explain how employers can leverage their existing online influence to drive engagement through the mobile channel.

HR professionals and recruiters who wish to learn how they can develop effective mobile recruitment practices and better engage job seekers through the latest social, mobile and gamification advancements are encouraged to attend these interactive sessions.
